Signature Experience

Temazcal

Step into the ancient and sacred tradition of the Temazcal, a powerful Mexican sweat lodge ceremony. Nestled on the estate grounds, the Temazcal offers a transformative experience of purification and renewal. Hot volcanic stones, aromatic herbs, and the guiding presence of a traditional shaman lead your group on a profound journey of physical and spiritual cleansing. Up to 12 participants can join, at $400 USD for the whole group.

Open-Air Studio

The Wellness Studio

At the heart of the estate is our open-air wellness studio, a palapa-style space on the upper deck, open to the breeze and the treetops. The hexagonal tile floor, high wood-beam ceiling, and valley views create a container unlike any studio you've practiced in. Mats, blocks, and blankets are provided. Bring your own teacher, or ask us to arrange a local instructor. We're happy to connect you with the right person.

Cold Therapy

Ice Bath Plunge

The estate's copper plunge vessel sits beneath a large Higuera tree near the temazcal, a striking and restorative cold therapy station. Often combined with the Temazcal for a complete hot-cold cycle. An exhilarating shock of cold water and fresh air, right here on the estate. Available at $40 USD per session.

Performance Training

XPT Pool Training

Our 16-meter heated saltwater pool is certified for XPT (Extreme Performance Training), combining breathwork, underwater strength work, and recovery in one extraordinary aquatic environment. Whether you're an elite athlete or a wellness enthusiast, XPT offers a dynamic fusion of challenge and recovery. Sessions can be arranged through our preferred local instructors.
